Spread the Light

Imagine never hearing your son or daughter speak.  Not hearing "I love you, mom" or "Hi, daddy."  For many families, that is a potential reality when their child receives a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder or another developmental disability.

At the Sharon Sigesmund Pierce and Stephen Pierce Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities at Touro University Nevada, we are proud to have been providing treatment since 2008 to families in Southern Nevada. The Center offers diagnosis, occupational therapy, speech-language therapy, applied-behavioral analysis therapy, and physical therapy.

As a non-profit, Touro is able to keep rates low and we accept many insurance providers.  However, many children need multiple therapies many times per week in order to reach their full potential.  This can be financially burdensome to families even with two incomes and insurance coverage.

Will you help us to "Spread the Light" to families in need?  Your tax-deductible gift will support families for whom treatment costs are prohibitive.  Help other parents hear their child say I love you or run and give them a hug.
